The Oras Academy of Hope is a capacity building and skill development center creating sustainable and innovative solutions for underprivileged persons. The goal is to go beyond charity to creating sustainable opportunities through skill acquisition, seed capital and technical assistance. It is a home of hope for the mental and economic support of individuals with limited or no opportunities to thrive in an economy.

The Academy runs in cohorts of selected individuals meeting a specific criteria of needy persons in different skill development activities.
