TUDI NDI Nathalie has over 8 years of experience working to empower women and girls in the civil society sector. As an entrepreneur, her biggest motivation is to inspire women and girls to live a legacy by creating entrepreneurial opportunities for themselves and their communities. During her early days of leadership she was selected as top 100 young persons with leadership potentials for the Cameroon Leadership Academy program, trained and awarded top ten best business ideas by the Youth Employment Service Cameroon, and made Youth Envoy for Peace by the REPAIR program. She is a Mandela Washington Fellowship laureate, where she did an executive program at the Clark Atlanta University Business School, Georgia State, USA. Holder of lean six sigma yellow belt certification.
Currently the Executive Director of the organisation Orphans Assistance, she is taking a masters program in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Action, at the International Relations Institute of Cameroon. She also holds degrees in Business law and Communication for Social Change. Additionally she has benefitted from executive trainings in project management, leadership, fund raising and has trained many young persons in her network as well. She goes by the life mantra; Be empowered to empower it is the guarantee for lasting change.
